Urology Physician – Outside Washington DC – J1

– Full-time permanent position

– Join large 100+ physician multispecialty group practice
– Robust referral base from 60+ primary care physicians 
– NextGen EMR
– Busy from day one. Huge unmet patient demand in area
– Ability to build up a niche practice over time if desired
– Primarily outpatient role. Some hospital coverage would be great but not essential.
– 3 days in Calvert County and 1-2 days in Waldorf or White Plains, MD
– Employed W2 position with initial income guarantee
– RVU-based compensation + quality bonus + patient satisfacton bonus
