Position Overview
Join a leading neonatal network as a board-certified Neonatologist delivering world-class care to critically ill and fragile infants in a state-of-the-art Level III NICU. Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists and pediatric specialists in a collaborative, innovative environment that prioritizes evidence-based medicine, family-centered care, and physician well-being. The Role:
• Manage critically ill and premature infants, from routine to highly complex cases
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric subspecialists, nurses, and allied health professionals
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical research
• Mentor and educate staff and families in a compassionate, supportive environment
• Participate in a comprehensive NICU network spanning Level II–IV units across Central California
• Access immediate subspecialty consultations and advanced medical/surgical interventions

• Independent, nonprofit, multidisciplinary pediatric network
• 50-bed state-of-the-art Level III NICU with continuous in-house physician coverage
• Regional network providing seamless transitions and continuity of care
• Comprehensive pediatric services: specialty care, primary care, urgent care, women’s health, and pediatric surgery
• Commitment to family-centered, evidence-based neonatal care
Qualifications:
• MD or DO degree
• Board-certified in Neonatology (or board-eligible candidates considered)
• California medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience managing critically ill neonates in Level III+ settings preferred
• Commitment to collaborative, evidence-based, compassionate care
