Strategic clinical and operational oversight of psychiatry, psychotherapy, and behavioral health integration programs

Reports to the Chief Medical Officer

Member of the Clinical Quality Committee

40% administrative and 60% clinical responsibilities

Clinical work includes patient care and collaboration with psychiatric advanced practice clinicians

Direct supervision of psychotherapy and behavioral health integration leaders

Lead behavioral health quality improvement, clinical standards, provider competencies, utilization review, and performance metrics
-
Oversee operations, budgeting, financial performance, provider productivity, and resource allocation
-
Lead recruitment, retention, engagement, and professional development for behavioral health providers
-
MD or DO required
-
Board certification in Psychiatry required
-
Active, unrestricted medical license required
-
Minimum 10 years of progressive clinical and leadership experience
-
Direct people-management experience required
-
Experience in geriatric psychiatry, neurology, long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living required
-
Experience with clinical quality, operations, and financial performance required
-
Multidisciplinary behavioral health leadership experience preferred
-
Value-based care and population health experience preferred
-
Medical Direction certification or similar long-term care certification preferred
