Position Overview

Outpatient Internal Medicine primary care position within a large, integrated Connecticut network
Adult-focused (18+) office-based practice with options for hybrid models if desired
Team-based care with integrated behavioral health and strong nursing/MA support
Epic EHR, AI integration, Dragon dictation, HIPAA-compliant texting, and patient self-scheduling to enhance efficiency and patient experience

Full-time and part-time options
Ask about a 4-day work week or traditional 5-day schedule
Roles available as 100% outpatient primary care or hybrid, depending on preference
Minimal, phone-only call: about 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight every ~2 months
Teaching and faculty appointment available but not required
