Position Overview

100% outpatient primary care opportunity within a coordinated, team-based network across Connecticut
Flexible practice scope: adult-only (18+) or full-spectrum family medicine (pediatrics and adults), no OB
Supportive environment with behavioral health resources, dedicated MA and nurse, inbox/task/refill support
Streamlined technology including Epic EHR, AI tools, Dragon dictation, HIPAA-compliant texting, and patient self-scheduling

Flexible roles: traditional outpatient or hybrid models
Full-time and part-time schedules available
Ask about a 4-day work week option or standard 5-day schedule
Minimal phone-only call: approximately 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight every ~2 months
Optional teaching with faculty appointment for interested physicians
