· Outpatient family medicine in a rural health clinic
·  Adult and pediatric patient population
·  Five day work week
·  Clinic hours 8 30 a.m. to 5 30 p.m.
·  Average 18 to 24 patients per day
·  Modern outpatient practice with telehealth capabilities
·  No call responsibilities
·  Established referral network
·  Established patient panel
·  Dedicated medical assistant for each provider
·  Strong onsite nursing support
·  Experienced practice manager and administrative support
·  Current EMR is eClinicalWorks with transition to Meditech Expanse
·  Guaranteed base salary of 280,000 dollars
·  2026 fair market value wRVU based productivity bonus
·  Potential total compensation 380,000 to 430,000 annually based on productivity
