– BC / BE Endocrinology Physician opening due to growth
– Multi-specialty group practice
– Join one existing endocrinologist who is booked well out into the future
– Primarily private insurance and Medicare patients
– Outpatient only
– Minimal phone call (endocrinologists have not taken call for the last two years)
– Income guarantee for years 1 & 2 plus Bonus formula
– Transition to productivity based comp in year 3 or once practice is ramped up
– No buy-in partnership after year 2
– Sign on and relocation
– Base salary of $225,000. Total potential up to $350,000
