– RVU based compensation; 16-20 patients per day = $265-$315k annually
– Typically cover one facility per day
– AI for instant, intuitive charting
– Lots of autonomy: M-F schedule with ability to leave once patients are seen and responsibilities finished, can be well before 5:00pm.
– No call
