BC/BE Nephrologist – Exciting opportunity for a to join a not-for-profit health system deeply rooted in the local community. The flagship hospital is a 99-bed acute care facility and the sole community hospital in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert diagnosis and management of acute and chronic kidney diseases.
- Treat and manage conditions including CKD, ESRD, glomerular diseases, electrolyte disorders, hypertension, and AKI.
- Oversee care for patients receiving, inpatient, in-center hemodialysis, and home dialysis modalities.
- Conduct inpatient nephrology consults and maintains a robust outpatient clinic presence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including hospitalists, intensivists, and primary care physicians—to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care.
- Participate in call rotation shared with the nephrology team.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Compensation & Benefits
- 3- or 5-year agreement with competitive salary and quarterly wRVU incentive
- Signing bonus and annual commitment payment beginning year two
