  • Nurse Practitioner – Endocrinology

  • Full-time employed position

  • Outpatient care for adult patients (18+)

  • Manage endocrine and diabetes conditions

  • Provide diabetes education and treatment planning

  • Perform assessments, testing, and medication management

  • Experience with insulin pumps, CGMs, and intensive insulin regimens

  • Participate in shared medical appointments (SMAs)

  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams
