Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy evaluation and treatment for a diverse outpatient caseload (orthopedic, post?surgical, sports, and general musculoskeletal, depending on referral mix).

Deliver patient-centered care focused on functional outcomes, clear communication, and strong patient engagement.

Help build the clinic’s patient volume by cultivating relationships with referring physicians, case managers, employers, and the local community.

Collaborate with ownership on clinic setup, including equipment selection, treatment model, scheduling templates, and documentation workflows appropriate for a start-up practice.

Assist with development of clinical programs (e.g., spine, sports, balance/fall prevention, work injury) aligned with community needs.

Provide input on hiring and training of support staff (PTA, techs, front office) as the clinic grows.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with all state practice acts, payer requirements, and clinic policies.

Participate in basic business and operational discussions (KPIs, patient satisfaction, growth initiatives) with the expectation of transitioning into a partner role under a formal agreement.
