Full-scope primary care with responsibility for an individual patient panel and continuity of care
Average 12–14 patients per day
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:30
Shared offices with other APPs
30 exam rooms with onsite lab and X-ray
Additional onsite services: DXA (bone density), EMG, physical therapy, infusion center, and onsite billing/medical records
EMR: Medent
Payor mix approximately 60% Medicare and 40% commercial insurance
Practice in a smaller central Pennsylvania community with affordable living, local parks, and family?friendly neighborhoods
Within driving distance of larger hubs such as Harrisburg, Hershey (with its entertainment and theme park), and Philadelphia, plus easy weekend access to Appalachian hiking, state parks, and nearby lakes for boating and fishing
