Position Requirements:

MD or DO degree from an accredited program

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine

Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas

Active DEA registration and BLS/CPR certification

Experience with Medicare Advantage, HEDIS, MRA, and ICD-10 preferred

Team-oriented provider with a passion for caring for a primarily senior patient population

Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
