  • Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist position with an established mechanical circulatory support program

  • Academic affiliation with The Brody School of Medicine at ECU

  • BC/BE physician with fellowship training in advanced heart failure required

  • Join an established team of advanced heart failure cardiologists, a heart failure surgeon, pharmacist, social worker, and six APPs

  • Destination LVAD center with cardiogenic shock program

  • Established CardioMEMS center, pulmonary hypertension program, and active heart failure clinical trials and registries

  • Invasive procedures include heart catheterization and CardioMEMS implantation

  • Built-in referral network spanning a 29-county service area

  • Located inland off of the North Carolina coast, 45 miles east of interstate 95, just over an hour to Raleigh, a little over an hour to the pristine beaches of the Crystal Coast of NC.
