Position Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Florida
- Active DEA registration and BLS/CPR certification
- Experience with Medicare Advantage, HEDIS, MRA, and ICD-10 preferred
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for serving a primarily senior patient population
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
