  • Full-time adult medicine physician role within a concierge, membership-based primary care practice

  • Small patient panel with highly personalized, relationship-based care

  • See approximately 3–8 patients per day in person, with ample time for complex care, counseling, and coordination

  • Dual clinical and leadership role serving as Assistant to the Chief Medical Officer for the Adult Medicine service line

  • Blend of direct patient care, operational leadership, quality oversight, and educational initiatives

  • Provide evidence-based, patient-centered primary care to adult patients, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute illness treatment, and health education

  • Use strong clinical judgment to manage complex adult medical conditions

  • Offer compassionate counseling addressing physical, emotional, and lifestyle-related needs

  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, holistic care

  • Maintain accurate, compliant electronic medical records

  • Partner with the CMO to advance excellence in Adult Medicine across the organization

  • Lead or support quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical operations projects

  • Help design and refine clinical protocols, care pathways, and performance metrics

  • Mentor and support other clinicians; contribute to provider education and development of clinical learning content

  • Work cross?functionally to drive key initiatives to completion

  • MD or DO with active medical license

  • Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (or related adult-focused specialty)

  • Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience in adult primary care

  • Leadership or administrative experience strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated expertise in quality improvement, compliance, and clinical operations

  • Strong communication skills, including ability to translate clinical concepts for diverse audiences

  • Experience developing educational content or leading provider education is a plus
