Essential Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, compassionate primary care consistent with the practice’s mission to serve the community.

Participate as a key member of a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical team.
Qualifications:

MD or DO degree required.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.

Eligible for or active Connecticut medical license.
