Seeking a Cardiologist to diagnose, treat, and prevent cardiovascular disease. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patient care through evaluations, diagnostic testing, treatment planning, patient education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Essential Functions:
- Conduct physical exams and obtain detailed medical histories.
- Order, perform, and interpret cardiac tests (ECG/EKG, echocardiogram, stress test, cardiac MRI, angiograms).
- Analyze test results and develop individualized treatment plans including medications, lifestyle modifications, and procedures as needed.
- Counsel patients on disease management, prevention, and lifestyle changes.
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient health records.
- Other duties as assigned.

Licenses / Certifications:
- MD or DO degree.
- Valid Illinois Medical License (or ability to obtain).
- Valid Illinois Controlled Substances License (or ability to obtain).
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology.
