Senior Health Physician Assistant – Hour South of Raleigh, North Carolina

Advanced practice provider (PA/NP) opportunity with an established senior health clinic

Full-time role providing comprehensive care to older adults in clinic and affiliated nursing home settings

Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements, supporting strong work–life balance

Responsibilities include geriatric assessments, chronic disease management, coordination of care, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team focused on quality of life for aging adults

Licensed or license-eligible physician assistant or nurse practitioner required

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in geriatrics, nursing homes, or long-term care preferred

Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-centered approach
