– Vascular Surgery opportunity for 2027 or 2028 fellows/residents
– Guaranteed salary commensurate with experience; plus an annual 3% cost-of-living adjustment + Bonus of 100% shared practice profits
– Ideal candidate would have general surgery background and willingness to take general call
– Expect the case mix to start out as 60% general and 40% vascular for the first year
– Carotid Endarterectomies and Fem-fem bypasses currently being performed, but hospital is looking to expand with additional vascular procedures 
– Schedule is Monday through Friday; 8 am – 5 pm; time split equally between clinic and OR
– Call required 7 days/month; extra pay for extra call
