– BE/BC Internal or Family Medicine Physician 
– This position is not open to candidates for summer 2026; it needs to be filled sooner
– Highly-respected, progressive 20+ physician hospitalist group
– No buy-in partnership after year one

– 7-day on, 7-day off schedule
– Typically 16-17 patients per day with 1-2 admits principally through the ER
– Round and go: After rounding you can go home and take call from there
– No procedures other than run codes once per week.  Codes are rare but may need to intubate.  Probably 1-2x/year
– Intensivist backup 24 hours
– Compensation 100% RVU-derived, earn $400K+
