– Outpatient primary care community health setting
– Regular Monday – Friday clinic hours
– 3 days per week part-time 
– Hybrid combination of in-person and virtual services
– Must be willing to see all ages
– Medications for Opioid Use Disorder MOUD
– EMR: EPIC
– Occurrence-based malpractice (no need for tail)
