– Work on-site in office providing telehealth services
– Family Nurse Practitioner 
– Not-for-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) 
– Full-time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
– Provide critically needed care to the underserved and uninsured populations
