Interviewing Tips
Making a good first impression on your interview is important and you should want to feel comfortable knowing that you have represented yourself in the best possible way. You should also feel that any questions you have regarding the position and the community have been answered to your satisfaction. Integrity Healthcare has several tips that will help you accomplish this.
  • Dress Appropriately

Questions To Ask Potential Employer
Use the following section as a guide for creating some of your own questions.
  • What is the exact nature of the group?
  • What is the status is the group/practice? Patient mix? Number and type of procedures?
  • What is the back round of the physician's in the group? Age? Training? Future hiring?
  • What is the work schedule?
  • What are the benefits of the compensation package? What is the value? Insurance? Vacation time? Stipends? Etc.
  • What is the salary range they are offering? Can you expect the salary to increase, after you become Board Certified? What can you expect to be earning three years from now?
Standard Questions You Should Be Prepared To Answer
  • What are your goals in a practice setting?
  • What about this area appeals to you?
  • What would your colleagues say about your character and abilities?
  • What kind of clinical responsibilities are you looking for?
  • What are your interests besides medicine?
  • How would you describe yourself?
  • What level of compensation do you require?
